Lucy moved her hands to his neck and arched her back. She felt her chest pressed against his and smiled a little.

Grinning, Zone began to place kisses along Lucy's neck, sucking slightly as he moved lower on her body with each kiss.

Lucy lay on the hospital bed, on top of Zone. She was running her finger lightly around his chest, her touch as light as a feather. She was smiling very happily.

Grinning slightly, Zone kissed Lucy lightly before saying, with a smirk on his face, "It's a miracle that Lucias didn't wake up, especially with how loud you were." Kissing her again, Zone said "Gods I missed that."

Returning the kiss, Zone pulled back slightly as he whispered into her ear. "This is just a taste of what is to come when we get home. You won't have a single moment's rest for at least two weeks." After saying this, he gently nibbled on her ear before kissing her again.

Smirking, Zone nonchalantly said "Who said nything about not being able to take care of him? I mean, he isn't old enough to really understand that stuff." Zone winked as he chuckled evilly at his own implications.

Lucy rolled her eyes and pecked Zone on the lips before grabbing her hospital gown and slipping it back on. She pushed her hair out of her face and went over to Lucias. The baby boy slowly opened his eyes and yawned, causing Lucy to smile. "Hey cutie." she whispered before picking him up and cradling him in her arms. She smiled down at the baby happily.

Grinning, Zone quickly pulled his boxers and sweatpants back on, walking to Lucy and wrapping an arm around her, kissing her chastely as he said "We made a great kid."

Gently holding out a finger that gently brushed Lucias's tiny hands, ZOne grinned as his son wrapped his tiny hands around it, giggling.

Grinning, Zone said "Seems like he takes after his dad in more ways th-" Zone stopped right there as he paled drastically, seeing a single stich on Lucias's back, the black construct secured firmly to his son's spine. This was an actual sign that Lucias gained his father's powers, albeit to a much lesser extent (Zone himself was born with 197 stitches across his body). Hearing a massive crash echoe from the bottom floor, accompanied by a roar and screams, Zone cursed loudly.

"Zone?" Lucy said worriedly. That's when sheheard the crash and the roar. Lucy held Lucias a little tighter as Dr. Wright burst into the room.

"You have to leave. Now!" she shouted.

Because if all the commotion, Lucias started to cry. Lucy tried to soothe him and she looked at Zone in fear.

Growling, Zone siad "Take care of them" to the doctor before smashing through the doors, barreling down the stairs to the lobby where he spotted a pack of 8 hellhounds, a drakon, two dracanae, the Minotaur, and a swarm of Stymphalian Birds. Cursing loudly, he etended his threads and drew his massive sword from his private dimesnin, housed inside of his body. Sprinting at the monsters as he swung his sword, severing two hellhounds with a single slash, he never noticed that a hellhound, a dracanae, and some of the birds escaped his gaze, charging up the stairs.

Lucy watched Zone run off and Dr. Wright dragged her away. Lucy followed Dr. Wright down dark hallways, clutching Lucias to her body. The baby cried louder and louder. Lucy made a connection with him and soothed him. Lucias slowly stopped crying and fell asleep. Lucy broked the connection and kept walking with Dr. Wright.

Easily slicing the minotaur in half, Zone winced as a hellhound chomped down on his leg shortly before he decapitated it. Sending a storm of threads directly into the drakon's mouth, shredding it's insides. He then turned towards the remaining creatures, brandishin his sword.

Dr. Wright led the young mother and her child down the hallways and up a flight of stairs. When they reached the roof, Lucy could see a helicopter.

Quickly mowing down the monsters as he sighed in relief, ZOne tesned as he heard a distant growl, coming from upstairs. Eyes widening in terror, Zone dashed to the stairs, his injured leg slowly being sown shut by his threads.

Lucy heard a growl but before she could turn around, she was pushed into a helicopter and the door was shut. She looked out the window and saw Dr. Wright fighting off a hellhound. The helicopter started and Lucy shrieked when she saw the hellhound tear Dr. Wright apart. The hellhound turned its attention on the helicopter and leapt at it, trying to claw its way in. Lucy held Lucias to her and faced her back to the monster.

Making it up to Lucy's room, Zone saw nothing except for several monsters sniffing the area. Quickly killing them, ZOne began to frightfully search for Lucy and Lucias.

The hellhound rammed into the helicopter, pushing it closer to the edge. The pilot tried to get the helicopter in the air when all of a sudden, the hellhound rammed into the helicopter again, breaking the window and pushing it closer to the edge of the building. Lucy covered Lucias' ears.

"Zone!!" Lucy screamed.

Eyes widening in terror as he heard Lucy's scream, Zone looked out the window and saw a hellhound dangling from a helicopter. Quickly seeing Lucy and Lucias inside, Zone's mind narrowed to three options. He could either use his threads to save Lucy, as he didn't have the energy to save Lucias as well. He could also use the threads to just save Lucias. Or, he could kill the hellhound and save them both, but end up with them somewhere he doesn't know. Wincing as he chose the third opton, Zone jumped out the indows, Launching his threads at the hellhound an pulling himself towards it. Severing it's limbs, both Zone and the hellhound began to fall, eventually impacting with the asphalt on the ground below.

"Zone! No!!" Lucy cried as the pilot took off. Lucias cried louder and Lucy soothed him with a connection before quickly breaking it off as she burst into a silent sob. She rocked her baby softly and held her necklace in her hand as the helicopter flew away.
